Make space to enjoy yourself !

 

I took the day off yesterday to spend time with a close friend. There was something very special and nourishing about switching work plans to put our friendship first. We talked, ate, painted, walked and had a daytime nap.

It made me remember how important it is to make a concerted effort to let my hair down, that its not indulgent but a necessity.
